Thorne's on Upper Gardner Street Excellent. Salt and pepper squid with blood orange chutney and an excellent piece of steak with a proper berniase sauce. Nice layout and great service. Two courses stuffed me but would have loved to have tried their fondant for afters. Recommended. 8/10

Just remembered my breakfast at Bill's a couple of weeks ago, their Eggs Royale was BOOM TING. I normally don't bother with Bill's as i can never be bothered to queue but going there on a weekday morning when it was nice and quiet was nothing short of FANTASTIC.

The Medicine Chest - Best mussels I've ever had by MILES. Also the best bread I've had at a restaurant. Really really good food. Like REALLY good. Also very attentive and nice service. 9.5/10. Seriously good.
