It's not particularly hard to understand. It's something that goes beyond a football match or the rivlary in general - it is basic commom human decency; something which is clearly in short supply at Selhurst Park.
The point being, the club DID find out the truth at some point over the past 20 months (probably very soon after the incident), but have made no public attempt to apologise or set the record straight, despite the knowledge that we carried out a formal investigation which placed several employees...
No one is claiming that Brighton are/should be forefront in Palace minds all the time - that is completely irrelevant.
The truth has now come out and Palace should apologise - we then all move on and you can get back to being very important in the Premier League.
