But quite nice to see it's return as a reminder that no matter how hard the FA tried, Spurs were simply too crap to qualify!

Bought this in a charity shop last week. I think it needs updating

Yes - but the ref awarded Welbeck's goal. VAR overturned the ref's decision.

Because if the ref had been asked to go and look it on the monitor - how would he have not given it. He would have had to hand back the brown envelope surely? So - better not refer him to the monitor.

Re-watching the highlights - the lino when flagging the Mitoma goal actually keeps patting the PL badge on his upper sleeve showing where it hit. ie: not handball according to the current rules.

But the thing is - if either, or both, of those decisions had gone our way - I don't think any Spurs fans would really have complained much.

To be fair - the quote you're quoting was in reference to concerns that our players have gone off the boil a bit.

Not entirely made up by TV https://www.premierleague.com/news/1820123 The other thing - if it had hit MacAllisters thigh and gone in - would he have been given the goal, or would it have been Welbecks? Because if it had been Welbecks - then MacAllister didn't 'score' with his arm.

In fact I have even more admiration for our players. If that had been me out there I would have blown my top, and would have been sent off. They kept their calm remarkably well I thought.

Stand on Mitoma's foot - and no penalty given. Even the Spurs fan on the stream is amazed.

Not with these officials. Surprised he even gave a yellow.

Probably yes - odd to be penalised for keeping your arms close to your body.

Sent off for being unable to control their benches apparently.

If we end up winning this, it will be our best win of the season.

Must admit I'm a bit fuzzy over the law on handball now as well. But - I did notice that Mitoma didn't actually celebrate the goal.

Don't like the Swede on the right - he looks very dangerous.
