    If it's not the club, not a palace fan, and not another Brighton board, who was it that was malicious enough to threaten the law to get this facility closed down? It still seems to be open anyway, so what is really going on?

    You've been hinting heavily about this and an enemy in the camp. The camp in question is clearly NSC and not the club. You also mentioned the BBS having a similar ticket exchange and I'm not sure why you brought this up. I assume this is fallout from the incident with the palace fan on this...

    They can authorise NSC. They won't though because they make more money out of their own ticket exchange scheme.

    The law says ticket resale is illegal without the permission of the match organiser. Clearly viagogo have done a deal to get the permission.
