The Derby and/or Royal Ascot looks a potential starter event. Champagne, Pimms, Best Dressed Man/Women etc. If memory serves, the stadium wifi doesn't allow access to betting sites, tho I'm sure there's a solution to be found there. Maybe worth a crack?

Would have thought the venue lends itself to things like regular folk clubs and - yes! - jazz clubs without treading on the toes of existing clubs

Don't know what the acoustics are like for live music but if they're any good then it has great scope as an additional local music venue

At least they'd all have got a seat without having to turn up three hours beforehand hurrah
