sad PM couldn't just say yes, we'll vaccinate teachers in half term. the vulnerable group are done by then, shows good will and closes the issue. they dont seem to know how to do politics any more, just accept confrontation.
reality is if Tier 3 doesnt help, the local restrictions increase, more businesses close completly and potentially schools (last resort). i dont know why Johnson doesnt simply say that, except its what Stamer wants him to say.
not sure of Stamer's line of question, highlighting areas under restriction are seeing cases rise. either need more restriction or people arent following rules, as they spreading virus among themselves. bit fortunate we have the waffle master evading, so we dont get uncomfortable answers.
there are concerns some under-reporting has occured, but also dubious reporting where covid is recorded without proper validation. its not common view we have significantly underestimated counts. latest mortality is under the average, posing questions what the impact will look like on longer term.
