I did note through the game he always seems to be talking positively to teammates, encouraging, wanting the ball. I know it’s frustrating he’s missed some sitters, but none more so than Lallana, Moder, Dunk or Trossard recently. They should all have been on the score sheet in recent games.
Me neither really, but I suppose it's possible they're paying us £70k per week, that covers his say £45k salary (guessing there), and £25k fee to us to let them have him i.e. approx. £900k fee for the season + covering his salary. :shrug:
I didn't think loans worked like this, the player is still contracted to the parent club who pay their salary, the loaned-to club pays they parent club don't they?
Wasn't it the same thing with Wayne Bridge here, he was on £80k per week or something, and we were paying ManCity something like £10k.
