Mr Chairman's Bunting runs in the Triumph (1.30) tomorrow. Already heavily punted from 22/1 to 10/1 with Paddy Won on debut on Flat in France and over hurdles at Limerick. Beaten into 4th (of 11) in big juvenile hurdle at Leopardstown. (by a Mullins stablemate) Could well improve into a...

Alpine Oasis ran a fine debut on a tricky track for a newcomer. She is a lovely looker and ran very green (her head was all over the shop in the home straight). Beaten 5-6 lengths by experienced horses without the jockey even picking up the persuader. One to add to your watch lists. I will...

Tony says "no".................according to the betting. Massive drift from 7/1 to 16/1. Watching brief tonight?

Lucky to get the dead heat! I'm not sure owner or trainer will be particularly happy with the way she was ridden. Was clearly the best horse in the race sent to the front way too early, thought she had done enough and idled nearing the line. Be interesting to see whether the same jockey is...

I know it's a bit OT but as this is the thread where the punters live, Richard Hannon has a 2yo filly called....... The Big Board. Somewhat ironically owned by Leicester City's owner. Has run three times, winning her last race...

First foal of Langlauf that Bloom also owned. Upped in distance on handicap debut and early money (5/2 to 2/1 on Paddy). Interesting.

The odds on jolly has been taken out. Stratum now 85/40 2nd favourite in the new market

Drifted to 7/4 on PP. No sign yet that the Bloom money is down. Bromhead's second favourite has been heavily backed (4/1 >>> 5/2) against Stratum.

STRATUM takes on the mighty Stradivarius again at York this afternoon - 2.25. 11s to 14s on PP. Only 2 places. I won't be investing this time around.

Withhold 7/2 from 9/2 but Paddy Power are shortening up the front three in a four runner race. Greedy ********!!

Maybe laying them is how TB is paying for their keep. He doesn't appear to have anything of note now; they are all getting much too old.

3 wins from last 20 runners the most recent in October 2019 (Stratum). Of his last 20 runners, 19 have been Withold (7yo), Stratum (7yo), Librisa Breeze (8yo) and Flaming Spear (8yo). So you certainly have a point. (the other runner in his last 20 was Tavus who is a 4yo but hasn't run since...

Some good horses in the race. The drift (10s to 14s) isn't a good sign but still plenty of time for Mr Chairman to get his money down. Can't beat the jolly at level weights....but it is Willie Mullins......
