But that is the whole problem. I'm not enraged or a numptie. I'm a gammon :smile:but I'm making a perfectly reasonable argument. Everyone knows the issues and has an opinion. Just leave it off football shirts.
I'm very grateful to the NHS workers. I support military charities. I don't condone racism but I feel that the UK is in the middle of a bout of madness. Let's just leave all the politics out of football and all do what we think is best.
In my humble opinion I think putting BLM on football shirts is a terrible idea. In the same way I don't agree with poppies on shirts in November. Everyone should be able to make up their own mind about things and protest or carry on as they see fit.
I've been a regular since the 70s and have renewed. I didn't really think about it too much..... I must admit that my Albion 'mojo' isn't there at the moment but perhaps it's just a phase! The atmosphere at The Amex wasn't good for lots of games last season and I hope it improves this time. The...
Nothing to do with the Albion, but is anyone having problems with their email via Blackberry?
My Blackberry Enterprise Server is 'Not Connected' and I can't sort it out. Apologies if question is dumb but I am the wrong side of 40 to deal with this!:nono:
I cannot describe how angry I get when anyone says 'Can I get a coffee' when ordering a drink in a cafe.
The staff will get the drink, you pretentious twat! And relax...
Truly, truly, truly f***ing awful. 'Run' was bad enough but this takes the biscuit.
I know that the Johnny Cash version is a cover but it takes the original to another level. Bearing in mind his performance, career and life it should have stopped anyone else going near it.
But no. (Goes off in a...
I used to deliver Brian Horton's newspaper when he lived in Westdene. His labrador was called 'Sheba'. Nobby would always say hello when I saw him. Top bloke!
Rumour mill going into overdrive, early closing, lost takings, general disruption. Jesus, what an unbelievable f***ing disgrace this all is. Family businesses burnt down in Croydon. Puts our rivalry with the Palace in its place. Can't imagine how I'd feel if I'd worked hard to build up a shop...
Gritt23 has hit the nail on the head. Can't believe I'm watching scenes from England. Too depressing for words. Too many lairy, thick, unemployable toe-rags out there.
I've always found Crawley to be a typical soulless 'new town'. Not as bad as Bracknell or Basildon though.
As for the football, most of the population there seems to follow Chelsea or our friends from SE25.
