But VAR deemed that he was already going away from goal before Henderson touched it, that's why there wasn't a red card. Stupidly it's all very subjective now and as a Goalie you might as well take a chance handballing outside the area, whereas before you knew you'd be off.
But it was picked up by VAR, the Ref hadn't even seen it or blown for it, so he can't retrospectively give a free kick. They were just ruling on whether it was a red card. Or that's how I understand it.
