What a brilliant second half - never saw that coming in a million years at half time.
Delighted for Gomez at the end you can tell how much it meant to him.
I haven’t seen any reporting that says it’ll be as much as 58m. The most I’ve seen reported is 55m and that likely needs Liverpool to win the Champions League.
Then you have Bissouma’s legal situation hanging over him at the time, compared with Mac Allister who had just played a major part in...
I really don’t think he would have. We had a 1 year option on the original deal so he still would have had a year left. We got a similar figure for Bissouma in the same situation.

Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. Success is all relative. Qualifying for the Conference league would be a bigger deal for us than winning it would be for Chelsea.

If we don't receive an acceptable offer I imagine he'll be keen to kiss-and-make-up, as...
Absolutely brilliant result. Great going forward but defensively we looked like conceding every time they attacked.
Gruda and Ayari the standouts for me.
Estupinan’s game management at the end nearly gave me a hernia.
Alexander Arnold is entitled to do what he wants with his own career, but he does so knowing that leaving on a free to the richest club in the world will taint his Liverpool legacy with a chunk of their fans.
Had he had 3 years on his contract, his transfer fee would likely have been close to...
