No, I remember it! 20+ passes pulling an excellent City team around the pitch, which then gives Enciso the time and space for his rocket - outrageous football ⚽️
I'm not sure I've seen it on here amongst the permutations and calculations, but are people aware, and correct me if I'm wrong, that if everything falls into place then we only qualify for a play off?
All the stars could align, we sully ourselves supporting Chelsea for a night, but with half...
In all honesty I didn't realise that his contract was almost up. I'm not sure he would bother the first team with us, but it would have been nice to get a fee for him, via further successful loans
Offiah was nominated for player of the season, and although he didn't win, Blackpool fans love him. I would keep, and loan to a championship/European club.
Back on topic, Ornstein is one of the most legitimate sources, so sounds promising.
He's an excellent player that a few people got annoyed with over his arm flapping, despite loads of players for different teams doing it, and often doing it when the atmosphere is good anyway. It never bothered me.
I think he'll be off this summer, and that's fine, providing Baleba and...
I don't have a pet, but with reverse engineering, the AI one would be an overweight and farty clapped out labrador who's best days are behind him. Eager to please, unable to do so
I had a weird dalliance with Ipswich in the early 80s as a small boy. Weird as I grew up in Sussex and Dad was a fully fledged Albion fan. I think I liked the kit, plus they were pretty good back then
They need to give their specials board a decent clean. Coca-Cola works a treat, and then rewriting their menu with chalk dipped in soda water will give it a sleek, bright appearance
Forgive the pedantry but I think it was Argentine author Jorge Luis Borges who said your quote.
There was however a journalist who wrote 'it's like two bald men fighting over a comb, Britain still wants the comb, if only to hand it over nicely '
Sorry about your news.
There's a shortage of staff in hospitality, so if you don't mind pulling a few pints or washing up there could be something at one of your local pubs/restaurants?
Long, unsociable hours and mediocre wages understandably might put you off
Wow, as low as that for the first year?
I remember the second season had a better average attendance, and a better vibe so to speak, despite the football on offer.
Thanks so much for the information, genuinely grateful
I don't think me and my mates had a season ticket (probably skint, no pun intended) but used to go fairly regularly with the A21 club from Langney, in Eastbourne.
But it's a good point, work out the average home crowd and figure it out from there
Just doing some research, but does anyone have any idea of how many season ticket holders we had while exiled at Preistfield from 1997-99 ?
Also, anyone have a decent estimate on how many people that have had season tickets at each of our 4 (relatively) recent homes?
(ie I wouldn't count as...
