While I agree there were some fairly obvious errors in his brief debut appearance, it seems more than a little unfair to brand the guy a failure even at Championship level on that basis.
Drug results take a while to come back from the lab. It's possible they've charged him with the other stuff and remanded him in custody for his own protection and will add any drug driving offences on to the indictment in due course if the results come back over the limit.
