    [Albion] Premier League 12-14/04/25

Well this is the issue - we have Christie out for the rest of the season, which is a massive loss - and with Kluivert out too we're not the same team as the press just isn't as good. So although it's just a couple of players, this injury situation is although smaller in numbers, more impactful...

    [Albion] F**k

Well known that if you’re a football fan, it’s better that you have your GCSE’s & A Levels in an ‘odd’ year you do better ;) Euro 88 & Italia 90 did for me. Revision notes all over the place when Platt scored

    [Albion] Premier League 8-10/3/25

Bloody hell never knew that! Like AI said - just not quite good enough in both boxes at the moment. Saving it up for City in the cup hopefully....

    [Albion] Premier League 8-10/3/25

AI will go to a big club, not Spurs. Also he's contracted until next summer and not known to break contracts. Funny how everyone slags Spurs off for being a basket case club - but are then odds on to get one of the brightest coaches in Europe. Can't see it myself - bit of wishful thinking too...

    [Music] Eurovision 2025

Still annoyed about Love City Groove having an Orchestra forced on them, for me the best Eurovision entry I've heard. This - oh no - although it's not all Country and western tinged apparently.

Well blow me... I think that's enough for the crass jokes ;)

    [Albion] FA Cup Fifth Round

'Danny Granville' to the tune of Robin Hood is one of their favourites too. I knew a Cambridge fan once - called Gaylord. Some parents are bastards ;)

Always good for Ski wear ;) . I was dating a girl from Somerford estate who worked at C&A for two weeks. Dumped me Christmas day 1989, always think of her when Only Fools 'Jolly Boys Outing' is repeated. Could have been watching it instead!

Ooh Somerford - the only slightly 'rough' bit of Christchurch ;) My Saturday job was C&A on Poole Hill. That went years ago!

Yep there was an arts installation in Debenhams, I think Beales up Old Christchurch rd past McDonalds has the plans for flats. House of Fraser is closing too I think. It's all our faults for the way we shop really. Like we said, town centres will just have a smattering of indy shops, plus bars...

I think it's being reworded as we speak. I think Moldova is in there somewhere ;)

Yeah - Went away to Reading and they were all singing about how much of a shithole it is - until we mentioned how much nicer their town centre theirs is than ours. Kids eh? ;)

He doesn’t usually break contracts so hopefully he’ll stay until summer 2026. Iniz Perez at Rayo Vallecano was AI’s assistant at RV and is the current manager at RV too. Would be a good replacement, but I think other clubs might be wise to him now.

Cheers, yeah there's always been a bit of banter between us, but had a great chat with some Brighton fans on train the first match of the season and we generally get on alright - stories from mates on England away matches too. Although there's been a few moments ;) Regarding the town - same as...

Yep bit of work needed in the finishing department. No major dramas.

Obviously biased - great place to grow up i'd say - possibly not so great after if you can't find a decent job etc.. not a great wages/house price ratio (Leighton Buzzard where I am now is the polar opposite, although house prices have risen in the last 5 years) But a definite 'Bournemouth...

Yeah it's funny that the 'Injury crisis' was Adam Smith, Marcus Tav & Evanilson as in actual first team players - but a lot of the back up were out also, which we have back now, like Scott & Sinisterra. But with no Zabarnyi and Christie, actual core players it obviously affects the team more...
