It’s starting to stick a bit in Halifax. My daughters school has announced it’s closing tomorrow - it’s probably the right decision as it’s due to carry on most of the night and her school is about 800ft asl.

I worked a night shift last night (in Leeds) I had to scrape ice off my windscreen at 6:40 am which was nice and refreshing!

This place looked great but was booked out for the time we needed.

It looks lovely. We’re taking our bikes and there’s some decent gentle trails there. Also, I’m very pleased to see that the Graffham village shop is less than 1/2 a mile away and does fresh pastries every day!

Coming down the M1, got a parking spot on a drive in stanmore near to the tube station. Anyone else doing this? Anyone know what Stannore is like? might try the pubs there...
