I saw my first East Sussex Red Kite the other day, hovering over the A27 by the Ditchling turn off, presumably looking for an easy road kill meal. Wonderful to see. Any other sightings? I guess they're relatively common in the Sussex countryside?
Was just about to make a reservation at Isaacs when I noticed that all their wines are from English, Sussex based producers. Now this isn't necessarily a deal breaker and I'm not a wine snob but I wondered what people's experiences and recommendations were for Sussex wines?
