Credit to @Han Solo for calling this as well probably about 4 games ago when everyone was losing their mind thinking we would get top 4. He correctly stated that we were well overachieving and realistically 10th looks about right this season. He got a fair amount of abuse for that view as well.

I think the problem these days is that bang average is pretty good. The middle teams have less basket cases now and have recruited well. Bmuff , ham , fully , maybe forest and brentford all have equal first 11's to us, we may have a better squad but with all the injuries where does that leave...
