I think it’s a genuine ‘mutual consent’. They can’t align their vision/approach, so have decided to part company as neither prepared to budge (rightly in TBs case).

Doubt it…….’mutual agreement’ means us and DeZ have almost certainly reached a compromise over his exit. Most likely we’re not paying him (or not much) and he’s free to go. If TB sacked him he’d have to pay up his contract.

I’m not. DeZ wasn’t responsible for transfers (apart from seemingly a couple of crap ones), and we’ll probably have a new manager in before the window opens anyway :shrug:
