The answer you have given for not doing it is the reason I suggested doing it. I thought it might save time in the long run to know which ones are sold and avoid disappointment at the presentations.

Can you publish numbered row & seat plans before the presentations please, so we can go along with a seat specific idea of where we want to be? Could it be online & updated say daily so we can adjust our plans as necessary. This would save thinking/decision making time for both staff and buyers...
