From England and Man City’s number one goalkeeper to West Ham’s reserve and cup team goalkeeper in the space of 18 months. Sad to see.
Still think he is one of our best goalkeepers and I’d like to see him get a number one spot somewhere so he can compete for his England place.
So thanks to BT Sport/police and Palace Ultras we have no Albion today or tomorrow so we are trying to work out what to do with ourselves. What are you up to today and tomorrow?
Roughly the same allocation as Southampton (I guess it doesn't say) as the same points tiers as Southampton. 15 loyalty points. Based on previous visits to Stoke it should be double that. Always cold, always windy, always unpleasant, we always lose. Could be a big game in the relegation fight...
We have currently scored just 17 goals from 22 games, only West Brom have scored less (15).
So how many do we need? At the current rate (17 from 22 games) we will score 29 goals this season.
The fewest goals scored by a surviving team in the last few seasons has never been lower than 33...
I was just considering whether we have the slowest attacking two in the league when it occurred to me I don't know that there is much between them. I'm actually considering Murray to be slightly quicker than Groß?
Do we have any footage of the two running side by side?
Edit: Now added Hemed to...
Not so long ago all the Christmas games would see carol singers present on the pitch before or at half time. I thought we would have had some in the bandstand maybe but no. We had none at Chelsea either.
I missed them. Are clubs too afraid to allow Christians to celebrate? Or is it just a case...
More are popping up this morning. Currently one showing, but there was 7. Suspect they will keep adding them for a little while so worth refreshing.
233+ points though.
I'll start, whoever gets the first right answer to this question sets the next question and so on.
What have the following teams got in common in relation to Brighton this season:
West Bromwich, Huddersfield, Newcastle, Swansea
According to the MOTD commentator. Has it?
My view is that key players are knackered. We have been playing at a high tempo and you can only do that for so long without it catching up. It’s exposing the lack of strength in depth sadly.
Was the announcement loud and clear from the Huddersfield announcer on several occasions today. Desperate to get as many of their fans in the stadium.
Would be lovely if we pushed ours as much as this for sold out games rather than hide it away as an inconvenience.
Whilst travelling back tonight we were discussing Knockaerts exclusion from the squad today and Giraffe Junior suggested it is to do with his mum. Apparently his mum works in Debenhams in Worthing. As it’s nearing Christmas they open late on a Friday and Mrs Knocky needed a lift home. That meant...

It might not have been the best day on the pitch for Brighton & Hove Albion last Saturday, when the club entertained Liverpool at the American Express Community Stadium, but off it, the club posted a record...
Went in the North Stand for the first time in a while today and was very impressed with the catering. They have really sorted it out now. Lots of variety of food and drink, staff seemed to know what they were doing, queues moved quickly, and costs were reasonably comparable to those at away...
So on the same basis as the world famous bed wetting thread - (it's here if you haven't seen it. http://www.northstandchat.com/showthread.php?353090-To-avoid-bed-wetting-follow-this-guide-the-staying-up-tracker-(THIRTEEN-games-UPDATE)/page19 ) I have done the same calculations for Palace. If you...
Mentioned in other threads but I think it deserves its own thread.
This was away to Man United at Old Trafford and our centre half ran the length of the pitch and played a one two with our striker and then get a shot away. It was incredible. I loved it. That kind of play against supposedly one...
