No age limit but if they are under 11s (I think) need to have their responsible adult within touching distance at all times on the run. Ditto dogs who have to be on a short lead :)
Two people are at the finish line with timing devices that they press each time someone crosses the line so from that position 1 = 17:42, position 2 = 17:51 etc is stored on the devices, then you get a position barcode at the end of the funnel (you stay in finishing order) and you go to one of...
That's pretty much it, but also you register and get a barcode and when you cross the line your time is recorded, you get a position number tag which you have scanned along with your barcode and a couple of hours later you get your time. You get free running shirts when you've run 50, 100 and...
Well done Tim and keep it up. I'm also approaching 60 and less than 4 years ago I used the RunDouble couch to 5k app and then moved on to their 5k improver and 5k to 10k apps and I also regularly run the Preston Park Parkrun on Saturday mornings which I can't recommend highly enough (done 130...
I think that people probably had similar negative things about Barnes and he's proved everyone wrong. Baldock's worth keeping as he might surprise a few people with a decent run in the team, but the constant injuries have held him back and that's a worry if they continue. Most of us probably...
A fit and in form Baldock would be a decent backup to have. He has pace and my impression is that he doesn't lose his head when in front of goal meaning a decent goal to shot ratio, but I have no evidence for that.

Stephens won the battle of the sixes - fantastic performance from him again and I don't remember him giving the ball away at all last night. Propper looked lime he benefited from his enforced rest too.

I used to see (Easy) Cure at the Rocket in Crawley regularly and was friends with Paul (pre "Porl") Thompson's sister who now lives in Brighton. Paul went to Thomas Bennett but the others went to St Wilfred's. Great band.
Was apparently, up to the current game

You've half answered your question there with "assuming the sell-outs continue..." It may be only the 6 big games with a few more towards the end of the season. The ones that don't sell out will be the games that JCL glory hunter will not want to come to anyway. How many games this season have...

This is an interesting article about Watford and their relative stability despite managerial changes (or more accurately Head Coach changes) and whilst it's not completely relevant I think that ours looks like a club that has the infrastructure to...
