[Albion] Some chants just aren't used anymore

I used to like 'Cheer up Barry Fry. Come to think of it, it would work tomorrow with 'Cheer up Frank Lam-pard'. The rest of the lyrics still work (well he is a posh Cockney).

[Albion] Some chants just aren't used anymore

Any Wembley virgins next week will soon realise that this is the only chant that a big crowd in a semi-circle can even attempt to sing in unison. Even the simple 'seagulls, seagull' chant ends up in a choral 'canon'. (Canon? - Google it. Think 'Frere Jacques' kids song)

[Albion] Some chants just aren't used anymore

My wife says the Stevie Sidwell song is still relevant.

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

I concur with this. It happened to me in 3 sale windows. 8.55 seemed to be best.

[Albion] Arsenal (A) moved to Sunday 14th May 16:30

I am sure that we have had more blocks behind the goal at Arsenal for League games.

[Albion] Arsenal (A) moved to Sunday 14th May 16:30

Just realised the discrepancy in prices for us oldies, having just bought for Arsenal and Villa. Arsenal - £16.50. Villa - £29.50. Arsenal price - far better than average (if not the best) whist Villa's is ridiculous.

[Travel] Scotland, west coast and/or islands

If you are near Oban, visit Cruachen Power Station and take the tour. They drive you into a tunnel that goes downwards into a big mountain. Then it all opens out into a huge hollow area where the hydro-electric power station is located. It is impressive - just like a scene in an early James Bond...

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

The '4th window' will not be happening, unless there are more blocks released, as has been hinted. I think most offers to help out are aimed at long-standing fans who go to games but are non-members, and not necessarily 'family' who may be JCLs or who are not even fans but fancy a day out.

    [Football] Sheffield ticket chaos

When it happened to us they rectified it within the same time window as Sheff U did, simply by cancelling and refunding the tickets of all those not eligible. But the difference here with Sheff U will be the digital tickets which would have been sent soon after booking. So more difficult to...

    [Albion] Travel to Wembley

We're on our way. How we get there, I don't know.

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

But Away games are different. It goes straight to Purchase History after Members - there are no 'Guests'. See announcement just made for Villa and Arsenal away. (However, was definitely different for League cup at Arsenal)

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

Purchase history does carry its own points. We gambled 12 days before Grimsby and bought my step-grandson MA+. He came up with 62 LPs and so was Priority 2 in MA+ window.

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

I am sitting solo as STH P1, but all my lads & grandsons will be there but further back due them being only MyAlbion+. I was selfish and plumped for a good seat early doors. They have more years in front of them to experience other highs. I commented elsewhere that single seats available in good...

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

I think that you may get a few DM offers to take it off your hands. (Or have I been whooshed and spoken the unspoken?)

    [Albion] View from WSU

'Television view' - but better. You see all the runs off the ball that tv cameras do not pick up. Also off pitch incidents, more on this side where the benches are, like Greyhound v Zaha cry baby

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

I bought MyAlbion+ for my ex-step-grandson just 12 days before the Grimsby game. He has 62 points, and was Priority 2 (i.e. ticket bought this afternoon).

Single seats just aren't lasting any time at all. The closer to the front, the quicker they go.

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

Example when queuing for my lads. First laptop logged in at 8.35 - ended up 1197 in queue. Laptop 2 - logged in at 8.53, got 236 in queue.

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

So TRUST is needed here that one recipient does not snaffle both tickets. Hypothetical in my case, but had thought of copying email and then deleting each respective link before forwarding.

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

Assuming it goes down to STH guests, how does that work? Will I get a single email with 2 links in it to download the digital tickets? Then presumably I have to split that email to send on to the individuals.
