As with my expiriences of call centres, well the mobile network '3' has it's call centre in India. Much fun was had when i changed to a 3 account, spelling my name and address - nightmare, and even them he still got 'Brighton' as 'Brian' no joke!

I managed to avoid it amazingly! Got to the office which is near staines, about 45 mins before it happened, and all the diverted traffic was coming through Chertsey to re-join the motorway but only added 15 mins to my journey on the way back. Think i was lucky!!
