    Rain is due around the Lunch period, so more overs may be lost anyway. Cook has to be bold and declare well before Lunch and get a few overs in before that happens.

    Basically - Yes. I'd be looking to bat all day with gradual acceleration. Get 50-100 up at the end of the day and go for it on 4th morning and get 150-200 ahead. That leaves 5 sessions to attack. That or declare at end of Today and go at them 1st thing.
