Yes I don't really think that the EU or any predecessor of it can claim to be the reason why there has not been war in Europe since 1945. The small matter of not wishing to repeat millions of lost lives on nothing than one mans antisemitic crusade will be at least one of the bigger reasons...
Think Burnley.
Dyche went up first time, didn’t invest massively, and went back down.
Kept largely the same squad together - ended up winning the Championship
Now - they are reaping the benefits.
This should be the model we are following - and stick with Hughton because there is nobody better...
It’s an interesting point. Coppell did this when he took over from Hinshelwood in what is now the Championship - effectively making Kerry Mayo a 3rd centre-half (alongside Butters and Cullip if I’m not mistaken).
He had a squad that almost certainly wasn’t good enough for the 2nd tier, but...
What even though you do seem to have a complete and utter obsession with The Mail, and in fact anything that is remotely ‘right of centre’ and doesn’t tie with your political views?? Sorry, I call absolute BS on that post.
More generally though, I really don’t understand this continued...
Really?? I know nobody in a Leicester shirt played that well on Saturday, but he started up front against Fleetwood and, frankly, was gash. And that was against two bog-standard clogging League 1 centre-halves. I couldn't believe it when the commentator said he cost £28mm.
He will be our manager next season even if we are relegated, as he would be the board's choice to get us promoted.
Our opinion is, frankly, null and void.
