Took 18 months before we saw Bissouma become the player he is today. Enoch has all the potential - just needs time to eradicate the sloppy part of his game.

I suspect letting jim go is more about his negative impact around the harmony of the squad and in the dressing room more than his ability. A bit of a thug is my impression.
