I have been very interested in how divisive this seems to have been.
Whilst I accept that from a business / financial viewpoint, £90M is a ridiculous amount of money for Mitoma, when I was a young lad on the terraces at the Goldstone, Priestfield etc, I wasn't dreaming about getting the big...
Pretty poor from start to finish really. Everton by a country mile the worse team I have seen at the Amex in many a year......but counts for nothing when we move the ball forward at the pace of a sloth and adopt the sideways tactics of a crab.
Think the players felt like they thought they would...
Did anyone else see before the penalty was taken, Veltman quietly wandering to the goal line and having a look at Reya's drink bottle to see if it had any info on penalty takers on it? Very subtely used his foot to tip it up and had a look then had a quiet word with Pedro. Inspired shithousery there
for what it's worth, my dad was quite badly hurt at an away game when there was a surge forwards after a goal that threw him down several rows, causing him to need hospital treatment, so I can kind of understand the sentiment behind what was emailed to us - Leicester was particularly bad after...
So we regularly park at the Uni, but our experience may differ from yours as we live about 90 mins away from the Amex so usually get to the Uni about 2 hours before kick off thus have no issues getting in. Post game we normally leave the ground a couple of minutes before the end of injury time...
further update on the club website
The club will be implementing various safety measures towards the end of the match against Crystal Palace on Sunday, where supporters leaving the Amex to reach the coach park, park and rides and car parks will be directed clockwise to reach their destination...
Post-match: Supporters leaving the Amex to reach the coach park, park and rides and car parks, will be directed clockwise to reach their destination. Coach departures will be delayed by approximately 15 minutes later than normal.
From the BHAFC website just now.....
So I am in the NS (lower rows) - as a tall person, I am always mindful of the people behind me not being able to see if I stand. Also, I am not able to stand for long periods, so this solution suits me perfectly as I am not opposed to safe standing at all.
Park at ebbsfleet and get the high speed train to stratford (8 mins).
Helps that i live 5 mins from there and is the most convenient away day of the season for me
100% this.
I have many American friends who live in rural America, and this is precisely why so many vote for Trump. Not because they are racist, or bigots or anything like that, but because they believe in what he says. These people feel left behind, feel ignored by big city America...
"Max only drives dirty"
"Max doesn't know how to race fairly"
That was a drive to stick it back to the critics and then some.
Aside from Lewis, there is no other driver that could have done what Max did yesterday. Not a single mistake, clean, decisive overtakes throughout and good strategy...
So I didn't go last night as I would have had to rely on trains from Kent and had an early start this morning.
Having seen the pictures, I am very glad I gave the game a swerve.
There is no easy answer to the issue sadly - but I do feel that the club need to be more proactive in at least...
I would say a good 15 -20 minutes from seat to car.
at least another 25-30 minutes to get to the bottom of the slope.
about a week navigating the people crossing the road / getting picked up / going through the tunnel
by the time we kick off against City at home, you may have got to the...
