[Help] What to do about antisocial behaviour?

Seems to me that the adults seem ok, reasonable, but are living with a nightmare 14 year old. They too may want to see the back of him soon and he may well start to spend longer and longer periods off their patch. He might be someone elses problem soon.

[Misc] Just finished playing junior Monopoly and just wondered..............

My 14 year old self used to have a rule with my 11 year old sister and 10 year old brother that any debts carried over onto next game. Rule came into effect after I had hotels on Park Lane, Mayfair and all of the green places. Sent from my SM-A405FN using Tapatalk

    Selfish Pr**ks

A nurse I know refuses to get vaccinated, along with her husband. Both her and her hubby caught covid. Husband had to go to hospital with pneumonia caused by covid. Thankfully, the Govt from April has made it mandatory for front line health staff to be vaccinated. She has a big decision to make...

Main Coronavirus / Covid-19 Discussion Thread

I think the word critical says it all - you dont just get there with a runny nose. Any bed taken in critical care is a bed that could go to someone who is ill - where they cant be vaccinated from it. Getting vaccinated frees up that bed And of course, those younger people dont pass it on to...

Main Coronavirus / Covid-19 Discussion Thread

This graph says it all. Critical care taken up by the vast majority of those unvaccinated. Those that haven't been vaccinated should dwell on that. Selfish and not seeing wider picture seems to sum it up.

Totally agree with Tony Blair and the piece in the Telegraph. Someone I know works in health - refuses to get vaccinated. So does her husband. Both caught covid. Husband ends up in hospital with pneumonia. That chap has taken up a bed, that if he was vaccinated chances are he wouldnt need. That...

Presumably both vaccinated? If so, it shows also that vaccines protect against serious illness, hospitalization and death. The flip side is that our countries are being held hostage by the unvaccinated

Agree. Either that or where anyone claims a head injury they have to sit out 15 minutes or be subbed.

I was one of them. Haven't had a cold in 2 years. Then succumbed to a bad cold the day before my mother in law funeral. Thankfully 2 different lateral flow tests and a PCR came back negative. Sent from my SM-A405FN using Tapatalk

Thank you for that My daughter could have come up with that. The end parts says it all - cumulative effect is 55m people in England would have been infected by 25th December. Ridiculous. Takes no account of mitigation since beginning of December of wearing Masks, WFH and peoples behavioral...

[News] The Coronavirus Good News thread

Javid said on Monday that there were estimated 200,000 infections of Omicron, being 20% of covid infections. That would put infections at 1m a day - so the growth of the other 800,000 would be Delta - which doesnt seem right I would love to know how this figure was derived But, so far only 14...

[News] Poor little soul - Star Hobson

As mentioned earlier, I came into contact with Social Services quite a lot when I went through adoption process A couple of thoughts Its a very very difficult job. They are faced with cunning and manipulative people. But, my wife and I were asked numerous questions about our health ( They were...

[News] Poor little soul - Star Hobson

Reviews are had, people say that they will learn from mistakes of the past, yet it happens time and time again. I dont think the authorities go out of their way to overlook -that would be criminal in itself. But, Social Services, particularly in this area are stretched staff wise, funding wise...

Love both squeeze and Madness. Squeeze have lasted better. Tilbrooks voice is utterly amazing for his age. They supported Hall and Oates on an American tour this summer and so many fans left wondering why they werent top of the bill - and that came from H&O fans
