It seems very odd to me that @Barry Izbak and the FAB have made this decision without consulting the wider fan base at all.
It’s the wrong decision, in my opinion, we should be at the forefront of campaigns like this.
Would it be possible for NSC, a far more representative section of our fan...
Due to its shape it had a horrendous ‘bottleneck‘ - if you were not past this, near the front, it was awful for gigs.
Better if beyond it, but there were also enormous pillars on the stage which got in the way of the band somewhat.
Had some good times there, though.
@Hamilton didn’t make it, so I went solo.
He’s the dodgy looking one, so I wasn’t tarred with the ‘suspicious intentions’ brush, and was able to keep a low profile.
Confidence Man had Chalk bouncing last night. They gave their usual high octane show, great fun and hugely entertaining.
They only played for 45 minutes, though, and finished at 9.45. I was home before 10, Mrs Pogue thought that I must have left early…
Unless he had friends with a spare seat at the south end of WSU.
I sit in block H (I think I remember @Bob! does too), and when we kick towards the south in the second half I have been known to join mates whose seats are in block C.
So he may have got a better view of the comeback!
New Caribou album, Honey, was released today and I have been listening to it in the sunshine.
It’s a shame it didn’t come out a couple of months ago - lovely summer vibes.
