They were in a row with other mates. When they arrived his seat was occupied …a polite chat revealed the occupier bought it from the club last minute.
At Brentford match a friend (who hadn’t attended many home matches due to a change of circumstances) had to purchase another ticket as his ST...
You can generally re-sell gig tickets, at an appropriate price.
Selling a ticket twice, without reimbursing the other individual is wrong. In this instance it was a potentially life threatening illness.
The club are definitely putting STH tickets back on sale if the owner is deemed not to be using the ticket enough.
I’m aware of one fan who couldn’t travel to Ajax, due to medical reasons. The club wouldn’t refund him but resold the ticket anyway. So, they sold the same seat twice...
For someone who says they don’t have an axe to grind you are unrelenting with your digs.
You know nothing about me but clearly think PBOBE is beyond reproach.
He didn’t flick me Vs, he / the club flicked them to another organisation - which was far more embarrassing.
The whole ‘you’re angry’ and who can blame him nonsense is so puerile.
Quite happy to say I’ve made change happen at the club but not by moaning - just by being proactive and...
God almighty you’re a rude and stupid idiot. Sometimes accept that people have a difference of opinion without making it personal.
And yes, I have called you stupid.
Barbs?!? Fanboy.
That’s up to individuals - if they feel inclined to write to PBOBE about the distinct lack of atmosphere then that’s their choice. No matter how petty I don’t need our CEO to tell me he thinks some of our fans are cretins. He’s using his position to do exactly what they do to him.
This, exactly.
Putting that in his pre match message was unnecessary and divisive. We’re told to behave, be positive, get behind the team….maybe he should just try to sound less patronising.
Some of the treatment of fans and employees in the last couple of years has been abysmal. And, if you...
Not getting your own way…..would you care to be more patronising? You don’t know what my correspondence was about but have simply decided I’m a pain in the arse and the Club are right…that is just rude (and wrong).
I’ll stand by my view, the ‘he clearly does’ is just a throwaway. His...
Completely agree.
He’s not a fan of BHAFC. He’s a salaried official and most of the decisions made are about monetising the club.
You can say he’s doing a great job but some would also suggest he’s doing it with the Community aspect of BHAFC now replaced with Corporate.
