Thanks for that. I was playing homophobia bingo, but my card had "sexism" on it, and I was despairing of getting that. Then you come along and spew sexist crap along with the homophobic crap.
If performance enhancing drugs were legalised in sport, then there would be an "arms race" between athletes as to the type and quantity of drugs used. This would not be good for the health of athletes. Any drug that is useful as a performance enhancer is going to have significant side effects. A...
The thing is that people who share indecent images of children online go to great lengths to stop Google and others from crawling their sites. They don't want their sites coming up on Google, since that makes them visible and that puts them at risk of a visit from the authorities.
He was interviewed on Women's Hour earlier today, and asked about whether his plans included a ban on page 3. It seems they don't and when pushed he seemed unable to give a cogent answer as to why not.
Wow, you really want to expand the reach of the state. Just how do you plan to keep track of all the tax people pay ? Will we have to give our name, address and NI number anytime we buy something VAT rated, so our records are updated ?
Krugman already has explained that. Please explain what part of his critique you do not understand, and I might be able to help you.
Note I am assuming you are being honest, and have read Krugman's critique.
I imagine quite a lot baffles you, but in this case the answer is so obvious you have no excuse for not working it out for yourself. The answer of course is that it is not only fair system of taxation, and that it disproportionately affects the lower paid. You know this of course, having read...
So you think terrorism is OK, so long as you are one of those behind it ? Be in no doubt, that what you advocate is terrorism.
You are one amoral ****ed up person. Why else would you calibrate your moral compass using the lowest possible setting ?
In terms of how same-sex marriage and civil partnerships work in the UK, there is not much difference legally. Still talking from a legal perspective, the main difference comes it that marriage being recognised abroad. A number of countries, mostly in the EU, did not recognise civil partnerships...
What an odd attitude to have towards human rights.
And the current Government never produced a manifesto, since it is Coalition. Same sex marriage was in the coalition agreement.
Care to you explain why you said something so stupid, or shall we save time ?
No one had said they were not. The LMA were not Poyet's employer, and were not subject to the restrictions the club is on releasing details about his employment.
I have seen nothing to suggest that Poyet was not able to put his case, nor not allowed legal representation. In fact, denying him either would mean he would be certain to win at an employment tribunal were he to claim unfair dismissal.
If you have evidence to the contrary, please present it.
Events that take place in a court of law are normally matters of public record, although not always. An internal disciplinary hearing is not a matter of public record.
No it is not. Most of such examples will be reports from employment tribunals, which are public hearings. The others will be the sacked person going to the press. An employer cannot just release details of an employee's record.
And I would suggest that the relevant legislation and guidelines...
It has nothing to do with confidentiality clauses. The Data Protection Act (1998) makes it an offence to release information that is covered by the act (and a person's employment record would be covered) without there being good reason. There is a public interest defence for releasing data, but...
The club cannot release details of the disciplinary action taken again Poyet, nor the reason for that action since they are covered by data protection laws. If Poyet was to go to an employment tribunal and claim unfair dismissal, either on the grounds of a lack of proper process or proper...
Anyone remember the game against Chelsea, at the Goldstone back in the early 80s (might have been '83) when the Chelsea fans rioted, and knocked about three police officers unconscious, and piled them in the goalmouth in front of the North Stand ?
