I realise it is not usual on social media in general or NSC in particular to openly admit that one has made an error and apologise but then perhaps i am somewhat unusual! (also i do not know if you had noticed but i did go back at the time and alter my original post).
Yes i think that info from the footballgroundguide side is either out of date or just plain wrong. It actually says that the ground capacity is over 31000 which means by definition they would have to give us 3000.
I went back and checked my figures and the block quantities are as follows JL2...
Apologies to you and anyone else i may have inadvertently offended. I merely intended to reflect that those in the top tier are the ones who attend most of the away games and cup matches where points are awarded in recent history. I can assure you that i intended no slight towards other Albion...
Sorry if fixtures but i have just noticed on the club site that the racecourse p & r is closed this weekend.
Club saying alternatives are edf which must be prebooked and marina which is first come first served and top 3 floors of the multi storey.
Not really when you consider that the top tier are the fans who attend a lot of away games and at the moment there are still more than half of the total available seats to go.
Each tier, even if larger than the first, is unlikely to match the demand of the first and by the time we get to all...
No probs, i would suggest keeping an eye on this thread as either myself or another poster is sure to keep people in lower tiers updated with sales numbers.
Well the mere fact that the club have set a window for purchase history would suggest that they think it might. Of course a few days of ticket sales will be very revealing.
Judging by the first tier cutoff i would say yes we have taken the full allocation.
Now it remains to be seen if we will need them all...................... ;)
I think i am right in saying that clubs only get that stand behind the goal if they do not take up the full allocation they are entitled to. There was a picture on another thread of Fulham fans in that area with an amusing banner but not sure if it was this season or not.
Of course if anyone...
Just to say it was not "that far out" if you look at the pictures. My instinct at the time, and i have seen nothing to counteract this opinion, is that if he had started advancing quickly he would have cleared it with some distance to spare however he stuttered forward before changing his mind...
100% agree with Soton Seagull on this one. From my vantage point at front of upper west almost in line with the penalty area i saw the through ball hit over the top and quickly clocked that Rashford was in his own half but had a free run being ahead of the last defender. I then turned my head to...
Thought i would have a look to see % wise which block has the most spaces at the moment and although there are several blocks all around the ground pushing 18% the winner is block E1F where 20% i.e. one in every five seats will be empty.
