Pal if he's good enough for the u-17s and the coaches then he's good enough for me, just what they said. Interesting what you're saying about him being with another club, what changed in the last day? People I have spoken to seem to think he's joined
All I'm going to say is I've spoken to a few lads at the club who don't rate this new kid, their opinion not mine. If they didn't think he was good enough, why did he have Man City looking at him? At no point do I mention finances, you have come to that conclusion - as we play with one up front...
In the last 3 games Newcastle have played away at Sunderland, there has been a total of 85 arrests. This occasion only has media coverage due to Millwall the day before, both clubs have their fare share of hooligans - every club does.
That's only from 3 clubs though? Arsenal, United and City can afford much better foreign players, for them to bring through any local lads is an achievement when they can pluck whoever they want from anywhere in the world. 3 of them play regularly for England, whilst Richards has and...
If I'm honest pal I don't know him but I am his age and seen him play, if it was him he scored 2 v Charlton in an U16 game, we lost 4-2. We've signed 6 scholars for next season that are English and from Sussex, so hopefully these lads get top coaching and can hopefully make it.. couple of them...
Could be wrong here, but I'm going to take that as sarcastic and tell you that you are a fool.
City have plenty of English talent, including Micah Richards who was made at the club.
United have Scholes, Giggs, Evans, Fletcher, Cleverly, Welbeck.
Liverpool Gerrard & Carragher, Chelsea Terry...
Interestingly, all these are possible transfer targets. Not sure about players leaving as I believe Barnes is out of contract, Dobbie is 350k and Crofts is out to prove himself worthy of a place in the team. Van Dyke could be cheaper as his contract has less time to run; Lopez, Upson and Bridge...
Happy we've signed him and all that, but clealy we have lost Callum Overton because of this. He was given an extention and left to Wimbledon. This Icelandic lad may be better, but there's a large part of me that would rather see a Brighton based lad that has been at the club for 6 odd years come...
Not really pal, because he'd already been at two clubs this season he couldn't join Palace permanently so had to go on loan. The loan is un till the end of the footballing year, no season - this is because loan deals that result in the player joining permanently have to be til the end of the...
He is on loan at Crystal Palace until the 30th June 2013, on the 1st July 2013 he will join Crystal Palace for 350k (what we paid). As he will still be contracted to them even if we make the play-offs and they don't (which won't happen) he won't be able to play for us.
