This. Caicedo is the only player I can recall for us who was effectively as good as two players. Outrageously good. Baleba probably has more natural tools than Caicedo but at this stage it’s just potential.

Van Hecke is too slow for the top 4 sides so expect that rules him out from mega money. Pedro and Verbruggen nailed on this summer IMO. Mitoma too many injuries and the same for Estupinian and Ferguson at the moment.

There was very little comment on here when Gyokeres went. He didn’t look a thing like he’d make it big when he was playing for us - and he’d just come from two loans in the championship where he’d scored 3 goals in 30 games when we let him go.

Rutter is more of an attacking midfielder. Pedro more of a striker. Some similarities but Pedro will play further forward. Particularly with Welbeck likely to miss game time and Ferguson still crocked. Would be surprised if they don’t play together a fair bit.

Personally I’d be glad to see that in the advert instead of finding out at interview or when I started - regardless of the legal / moral questionability
