Some of the research is pretty patchy and a little naive. For example, reading between the lines they seem to suggest that because the city of London had a 90% reduction after a specific operation that could be comparable elsewhere. It isn’t. It’s difficult to work out how they quantify some of...
Whilst I don’t like Attwell it did look a yellow all day from his view. It clearly isn’t when slowed down and shown on the reverse but as soon as it happened it looked as if it was the right call. Could have done with some help from the 4th official but even to him I expect at that speed it...
Always makes my heart sink when this thread pops up. Another well loved furry friend has gone over the rainbow bridge. You did the right thing. Sleep well Blue
I expect a lot of people are about to be slightly disappointed. About the lowest level assault offence possible, he’ll admit it with the evidence as it is and given I expect it’s his first time offence he’ll probably get a caution. Same thing as happens on every weekend on every town in the country.
And this is the reason his previous convictions were not allowed to be referenced - because it is irrelevant to the reason he was shot. Allowing it to be used would cloud the decision making for the jury.
If the police had know who he was the time of the shooting and this happened during an...
Whilst we may be better than others I still think it’s a message worth supporting. Whilst ticket prices haven’t massively changed things like continually moving the goal post on ticket sharing has felt exploitative and simply for revenue generation - which in turn has made things more difficult...
This. Caicedo is the only player I can recall for us who was effectively as good as two players. Outrageously good. Baleba probably has more natural tools than Caicedo but at this stage it’s just potential.
Van Hecke is too slow for the top 4 sides so expect that rules him out from mega money. Pedro and Verbruggen nailed on this summer IMO. Mitoma too many injuries and the same for Estupinian and Ferguson at the moment.
There was very little comment on here when Gyokeres went. He didn’t look a thing like he’d make it big when he was playing for us - and he’d just come from two loans in the championship where he’d scored 3 goals in 30 games when we let him go.
Rutter is more of an attacking midfielder. Pedro more of a striker. Some similarities but Pedro will play further forward. Particularly with Welbeck likely to miss game time and Ferguson still crocked. Would be surprised if they don’t play together a fair bit.
Personally I’d be glad to see that in the advert instead of finding out at interview or when I started - regardless of the legal / moral questionability
