this might sound harsh but I honestly believe those voting yes have stopped being football fans. I don’t doubt you support Brighton but if you would rather have money in the bank then see a player like Mitoma play for us you have forgotten what football is all about.
For me I don’t care how much money is involved. I will be so so gutted if he leaves, more than any player we have lost in the PL. I could maybe take it in the summer but now would be unthinkable. A little bit of my love of football will be gone if we lose a talent like this just for crazy money.
No, at some point we draw the line and for me that’s Mitoma, in the summer maybe so we can replace but any ambitions for this season are gone if we sell him.
It all feels a bit messy to me, we could only have 16 games left this season (hope not but could be) then we have a situation in the summer where all these players plus Osman and Sarmiento come back. Unless we are planning major sales it hard to see how the situation improves for any of them by...
If Potter had this squad that never would have happened, it’s night and day. Look who he had as attacking options compared to FH. The problem with Potter was we created loads but couldn’t convert, now we don’t create hardly anything.
That you can watch that and not ask questions given what have also seen over the previous weeks makes me think you are simply trolling. There can be no other explanation .
That’s the thing, when Potter left it felt like a break up I was so angry and upset. If FH left it would be a shrug of the shoulders and then excitement that I think there is better out there. If Ipswich go down I would be revisiting that at the end of the season.
Today’s issues were nothing to do with our CM options but you know that. FH has attacking options that RDZ could only dream of. One short on target with all that talent is criminal. We look absolute clueless.
Matt Ryan saved one from Rooney and one from Charlie Adam
Steele saved one against Forest under RDZ
Sanchez saved one versus JWP for Southampton under RDZ.
DCL missed one for Everton against us in a 3-2 win at Goodison.
Since we have been promoted to the Premier League this is the most unconvinced I have been by a manager we have had.
End of the second season under Hughton I wobbled but he had more than enough credit in the bank, I always believed in what Potter was trying to do and never wanted him out and...
