Hi All,
Normally travel straight from Hayward Heath to the game but got some mates coming for their first taste of Amex action against Burnley.
We were planning on train into Brighton for mid-day ish for some beer and food. Any suggestions on good pubs for both? Nearer the station the better...
I would love to get this moving, getting the whole crowd singing together would be fabulous.
Ideal would be to sound something like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZp_PwWgrUI
If you consider it as a 20% discount Vs the actual value of NR assets it is a good deal for both sides given the major banks are trading at 40%-50% below their asset value.
Peston makes a decent fist of explaining it for once on the BBC site
I think Option 1 the more likely given we tried to sign Paynter before the end of the August transfer window when things still seemed rosy on the pitch (not that they are really that bad now, just need to get that next win on the board asap)
I seem to remember him being a pain the arse when we played Swindon so let's see what Gus can get out of him in the next couple of months. Should at least give as an out when we are under pressure
My only concern tonight is how certain the back 4 will be with Harper not having trained with them to pass back to him and play our style. He will have to be very loud in his shouts when he is and isn't coming to collect crosses etc.
Good signing and needed but just concern with it being so...
I don't care who they are, they built homes without planning permission and have to pay the penalty. I can think of quite a few places around mid-sussex where extensions and homes have had to be taken down (scaynes hill nursery being a good example) because they did not have planning permission...
