    [Albion] Fulham (A) tickets

A real binfest, unable to get a ticket

    [Albion] Melissa Phillips

Our much vaunted scouting, recruitment and succession planning has fallen asunder in the women’s game. How many managers have we had running our WSL team in the last five years?

[Albion] Jakub Moder - joins Feynoord on permanent deal 20/1/2025

I would like to see him get more minutes, especially as our midfield options are threadbare.

[Albion] Luton Town vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

Four shots on goal., three goals. Igor/ Estupian was a shambles at Sheffield and it’s worse tonight. Not convinced by Igor who is a massive downgrade on Colvil. The side is more comfortable with a back four

[Football] FA Cup 5th round draw [Wolves away]

I am sick of away games in domestic cups. Grrrrrr.

[Albion] Adam Lallana **Leaving Summer 2024**

    Not ready yet

[Albion] Jason Steele signs new deal

Still prefer him to Bart as first choice as he makes less mistakes. If he had pushed out the cross to gift Sheffield United’s first goal yesterday we wouldn’t have heard the end of it!

[Albion] Adam Lallana **Leaving Summer 2024**

Making little impact as sub but will make a very good trainee coach

[Albion] Referee Sunny Sukhvir Gill (v Sheffield United)

Probably the best referee I have seen this season... Let the game flow and was calm under pressure. Hope he is promoted to Premier League referee shortly.

    [Albion] Positives from Tonight (Wolves)

The real concern is that we are not winning nearly enough matches at home. Draws against sides lower than us. Wolves didn’t park the bus and looked more likely to score. Positive two clean sheets in a row but also no goals scored in these games

[Albion] Are we missing a finisher?

Welbeck has never been a prolific finisher. Undav is.

[Albion] Mahmoud Dahoud (Loaned to VfB Stuttgart 31/01/24)

Pity it's not worked out for Mo or Albion. Good to move him on or send on loan but his wages with us may be a problem?

    [Albion] Neal Maupay

Seems to be much happier at Brentford. Everton a nightmare for both parties.

    [Albion] Luton/Spurs/Sheff Utd away tickets

Are there any tickets left for sale tomorrow morning for Spuds please?

    [Football] Sigings from EFL?

Was Alex Scott, at Bristol City, now joined Bournemouth, the last English player of much promise, the last English player we were linked with as a signing?

    [Cricket] Yorkshire cricket.end off

On diversity it’s well worth noting that Sussex is doing a massive amount with the cricket community in the Crawley area, many from South Asian heritage. This is involving time and investment.

    [Football] Sigings from EFL?

Looking at this article on 10 Rising Stars made me think which Ennglish Players have we signed since Adam Webster? The great success of Joao Pedro shows there is value in the EFL https://www.theguardian.com/football/2023/dec/28/from-jobe-bellingham-to-adam-wharton-10-rising-efl-stars-2024

[Albion] Mahmoud Dahoud (Loaned to VfB Stuttgart 31/01/24)

Quite a judgement call from RDZ when not on bench or used in Cup

    [Albion] Conor Gallagher ?

Although very early days, Baleba's poor tackling leads to so may fouls and his ball control looks sub par.

[Albion] Team to play West Ham

Baleba looks well off the pace. Maybe Dahood who drifts in and out of games!
