From the same period, I recall Paul Dickov scoring 3 or 4 goals against us at the Goldstone.....and a striker who was a Heskey type player....possibly by the name of Gall. Always caused us problems!

Fair comment from HR....but the championship is the toughest league....Leicester, Forest, Blackpool, Leeds, Ipswich, Birmingham, Reading etc etc......its anyones league to take.

Im aware of Archer / Bulstrode. Are you aware of Ernie Clay and his intention to sell Craven Cottage to property developers and merge us with QPR in the mid 80's? A few similarities between our clubs I would suggest.
