As easy as it is to print (providing you have access to a printer - I only do at
work) it did cross my mind why the club don't offer a ticket that can be scanned from a smartphone like a lot of airlines do? It is only a barcode after all. Maybe someone more technically minded than me has an...
Virgs as co-commentator was spot on when he said he was struggling to see anyone in a Brighton shirt who was up for the game and performed well. Only had a dodgy stream to judge but looked poor all round.
Used to manage a big high street sports chain store and spoke to the company's buyers about stocking albion shirts but when they asked they were told the club had an exclusive deal to stock them. May have changed now (this was several years ago) and a new kit manufacturer could change things.
Not for a few month yet (September) but the Open House London program is well worth checking out - http://www.londonopenhouse.org/ . Some things you have to book in advance and you have to buy the guide to get priority access to the more popular stuff, but Lloyds and City Hall amongst others are...
Pick a neighbour you don't like, then a stealthy introduction under their car as they pass could lead to a number of results depending on depth of dislike for them. Guilt-tripping them into paying for an Uncle S-style sendoff, lawsuit for 'emotional damage' or maybe a careless driving charge?
I don't think the fact that FFP is widely ignored by the mainstream media helps either. The only time I've heard anything about finances mentioned on the poor excuse of coverage which masquerades as the Football League Show was by Albion-hating tw@t and football bore Claridge.... who picked up...
Have a similar situation in my place - built in 60s with cavity wall insulation done 10 or so years ago by previous owners. Pointing does look a little ropey. Is re pointing likely to sort the few patches of damp or is it likely the wall cavity will need to be checked too?
Ps... I love NSC...
Essential that chosen Poyet song be printed on the back of some pqper 'clappers' and distributed (whether we beat Hull or the next time paths cross!). Blue or white one side, to be flipped over so a giant collage turd can be created in East Stand.
Was told by a mutual colleague/friend that Bruno is on £11k a week. No insight into where that puts him in wage structure, but would guess he would be one of higher earners based on his situation and experience when he joined us.
I think we do have the players but finding a formation that will get us the goals we need is the key. Reserving judgement until we see how CMS is post-injury and whether Buckley can regain form but not overly confident. Where we are at the end of this month will be very telling.
We could just list their new owners previous convictions... but may need to get east or west stand involved as prob won't fit across the north..... Fit and proper owners test - actually easier to pass than an Indian driving test.
Port Vale away - championship winning party. Whole day is pretty hazy but do remember my mates confiscating the stick out of my flag as I was becoming a liability with it and also ending up head first in the row of seats in front after ww scored.
Tuned in to watch last 3 games on your advice Downham and glad I did. Beating the Yanks at anything is great, particularly a sport they must invest millions in annually. Got to admit I've never heard of this ward fella, but seemed be pretty ruthless in dispatching his opponent. Future prospect...
Huge exercise in overhype. How many people were working for Sky / BBC tonight to bring all the dramatic LIVE coverage of 7 Prem transfers (of which 5 to Palarse) and less than a dozen in the rest of the league. License/subscription fees well spent guys! Roll on the next Jan transfer window...
