I've always thought she was a bit odd and very dogmatic but I think she's got a point.
She is saying that there is a difference between racism and prejudice and I understand that. I think we are all prejudiced in some way; it's a fear of the unknown, a fear of difference. Thats what Prince...
Get a separate bank account with a high street bank as you may need to see someone face to face some time. You may need to use cash now and again so take this into consideration. Set up the bank account before you start trading.
You don't have to get an accountant straight away, but a good one...
I had three lads from Israel sitting to my right who had no connection to either teams. They said they were at Wembley for the weekend and had come to the Manchester City v Sheffield Utd game the day before. Don't know how they got their tickets. They were chanting but it was in Hebrew so I...
I was chatting to a Utd supporter on the tube and he said we should be proud.
I explained that we are past being proud and the feeling is of disappointment. We've moved on from being little Brighton and we had expected to win.
The bloke on the bike inflamed the situation by chasing the elderly gentleman in his car. The cyclist was the aggressor,; the car driver was defensive aggressive because he was worried about being followed.
Share the road.
I was invited into a corporate box for one home game but I hated it. I couldn't wait for the final whistle so i could go and join my mates for after match Harvey's under the stands. I wont be doing it again.
A decent chippie will cost 200 to 260 a day.
They are worth every penny because they have to spend thousands on tools, vehicle and insurances. They have to lug loads of equipment around to each job and reload it into their van on completion.
Afterwards they have to relax on a very expensive...
Mitoma got a two handed push in the back, in the penalty area, so either the goal should have stood or a penalty kick awarded with the defender being dismissed.
VAR fukked that up good and proper.
McAllister was hit on the hip.
Trent AA was a clear handball and protocol like - it's too far...
When your smiling the whole world smiles with you. This was great in the 70s.
Another good one from that era went :- to the tune of Knock Kneed Chicken
Bertie Mee said to Bill Shankly,
Have you heard of the Arsenal Highbury
Shank said no, I don't think so,
But I've heard of the Brighton boot...
Veltman could have done better with both Spurs goals. For the first he gave Son too much room and let him come inside and shoot.
For the second, he was standing still with his arms behind his back whilst the ball was about 3 yards away from arriving at Kane's feet. I feel the outcome would have...
We weren't beaten by Spurs, we were beaten by VAR and incompetent flakey officials who looked for any reason to make sure we didn't win.
It is a huge problem.
It's hard to say which was the worst of the decisions but for me Mitomas disallowed goal was hard to take. Not only did the ball clearly hit him on his shoulder above the t-shirt line, but he also got a two-handed shove in the back. Without the shove Mitoma would have been in a position to chest...
I think handball was one thing that referees got right back in the day when they had discretion. Accidental handball or ball to hand was "play on". VAR is supposed to be black and white correct but it clearly isn't working.
It's impossible to defend properly while standing with your arms behind your back.
Today Veltman let Kane's shot hit him and deflect into our net for the winning goal. Veltman was far enough away from Kane to react and get a better touch. It's a consequence of VAR but it's wrong to expect...
Because we have VAR, referees are not making decisions any more. The whole system is rubbish and should be scrapped with the exception of goal line technology.
