    Can you drink TOO much Water?

    I'm not exactly small (about 6' 4 and 14/15st) and do alot of running and obviously drink a lot of water whilst doing so. I would struggle to drink more than 4 litres a day even when doing a lot of running, so I would say 6 litres seems possibly a bit too much.
