Re the "Below Par" comment - I do struggle with this.
I play a bit of golf and I know that if a hole is, say, Par 4, and I'm down in 3 (for a birdie), that's below or under par, which is actually a good (if not rare, for me) thing.

Agree, it's a timing thing - both have their place during the day/evening

All white, no sugar - caffeine seems to have little affect on me, so prefer with.
