You're absolutely right, but with his back to goal and defenders up close he struggles. Given a yard to turn, and a chance to get on the front foot he seems to do more damage(like get a shot away or win a penalty).

Ferguson looks to bit off it at the moment. If defenders get up close to him, he seems to struggle. Give him a yard and he can be deadly, but close man-to-man marking and he looks a little weak right now
