Did you manage to get it sorted? I had similar on my new bike and it went back several times to LBS but they persevered and got it sorted after trying a few things (mine ended up being a new BB)

I voted No but that is purely because I missed 6 home games because of work commitments and that is unlikely to change next year so makes financial sense to just pay to see the games I can actually make (although I will really miss my seat (East Stand Upper - Half Way line).
We had Karndean fitted in our kitchen about 4 years ago I think. Really good flooring - bulletproof. Was expensive but looks the same as the day it was laid down.
Current provider is Nildram (now TalkTalk). Have spoken to them about their fibre service but it is considerably more expensive than BT Infinity.
So any views on the competitors Fibre offerings v BT Infinity?
