What i find most worrying about the hardcore brexiteers is their belief that somehow the democratic process stopped once we had voted leave. There's a quote about the Muslim Brotherhood that they believe in One man one vote once and that applies quite nicely to the Daily Mail wing of the leavers.
Sorry BG that's a load of nonsense. My grandad was a Saints man, used to go to St Mary's and Portsmouth were always their rival because the two cities hated each other. . They may have played bournemouth a lot in the 50's but that didn't make them the main rivals in the same way Orient didn't...
Another recommend for the aeropress. It's quick and easy to use and clean. In fact the most time i take is grinding the beans while waiting for the water to cool form boiling
When i buy a lottery ticket I think of it as buying the dream. On the odd occasion a couple of quid allows my flights of fancy to take wing add daydreams of houses on the beach and lavish gifts to loved ones fill my quiet moments. I get my monies worth. And then I check my numbers and go back to...
I like both those pubs but even though Cathy and Christophe are friends from when they had the Flying Fish I wouldn't say the giants rest is any better than the Dog and Shepherd.
Shepherd and Dog is very good, excellent beer there too. I had a very nice meal at the Roebuck Inn in Laughton, it's run by the same people who have the Snowdrop in Lewes. in fact nowadays it's increasingly rare to find a totally shit village pub meal, they just don't survive without good food.
Any advice on sightseeing, food, etc. I've got a few days there next week and hoping the experts of nsc could give me some tips.I have a hotel in Georgetown.
Cheers
I saw this story this morning and wondered how long it would be until people were shouting at each other on nsc. This thread is only missing a couple of posters for me to complete my game of outrage bingo.
