Yes he is still at risk of a 2 match ban the cut off point for 10 yellows is after the 32nd match. We have played 27 he currently has 8 yellows so can only afford to be booked once in our next 5 premier league matches
My understanding of yellow card rules for the FA Cup is you have to have consecutive yellow cards to miss a match which would mean just Undav is in danger of missing the semi final with a booking against Grimsby

Impossible to predict the penalty takers as it depends who is still on the pitch after 120 minutes, we’d almost certainly have used 5 or more subs by the end
Not sure if the network rail strike being called off means there will be trains running to Falmer for this match. Read somewhere that if it’s just the train operators striking then about 80% of trains should run.
