Sorry haven't read all of the thread but if Palace get kicked out of the Europa, wouldn't they just swap with Forest and be free to play in the Conference?

One of the other Palace owners has shares in Brondby, who are in the Conference. So they fail multi club ownership rules for that competition and Brondby would get accepted over Palace as they finished higher in their domestic league.

Basically Palace need to ensure none of the clubs in their multi club ownership circle finish above 13th in future.

How do we stand with bloom owning chunks of USG and Hearts ?

if we had got into the CL a would we have also had to step aside for USG?

I watched talksport this morning with Jordan. He insisted they should be in as everyone else has got away with it but he conveniently forgot to mention that a) they missed the deadline b) and Palace are in a lower league position than Lyon and Brondby. With b he was trying to say why can't Lyon be kicked out instead of Palace! 😆And the other 2 didn't mention it either...

Uncle Tony has it sorted, there is no problem with the amounts he owns in other clubs.

No TB reduced his share in USG to ensure we were compliant so we could both play in last seasons Europa League.

He’s only going to have 29% of shares in Heart, which is below the 30% rule UEFA have for multi club ownership. He also has no voting rights at either club so makes sure he’s also compliant with the no significant control over more than one club rule too.

Anyone know if Brighton have made representation to EUFA to have them slung out and replace them?
