Sorry, my last sentence was poorly written. I didn't mean you at all. I should have said "we/people" instead of "you". No slight intended.I don’t label anyone. I‘ve just listened to people including celebrities/artists, also people I know, who’ve explained their own background and the increasing racism (antisemitism) they face in the UK. James O’Brien calls it a very unique, three pronged attack …. from some Islamists, from parts of the left and of course from the far right.
You are right, of course, antisemitc incidents come from many quarters and out of nowhere. I guess I was just adding to the general confusion over whether you have to be Jewish to experience antisemitism and what constitutes a Jew. Israel would give me a passport but my Jewish cousins don't consider me Jewish and we share the same grandmother. I have come accross people who have reacted very badly to learning which nonsense my greatgrandparents may have followed, that's the sort of labeler I meant.
