So where is Joao off to.?...............It aint gonna be here.
My Liverpool mate says they are sniffing around
7 year deal at Chelsea apparently £75m.
For that money I'd drive him there and take the opportunity to stick my head round the door to boooooo!7 year deal at Chelsea apparently £75m.
I’d see him as a down grade on that bloke they currently have.I could see him going to Newcastle, but depends if we want to strengthen a top 6 rival for next season.
He's definitely a downgrade on Isak, but with Callum Wilson leaving they need another forward and need a bigger squad for UCL football.I’d see him as a down grade on that bloke they currently have.
Player swap?
What has been confirmed?Without knowing the FULL story (as in all of the details and circumstances), it's difficult to say.
However, what has been confirmed about the JP v JP BUST-UP – and subsequently communicated – doesn't paint Joao Pedro in the best light for potential suitors.
What would REALLY help, though, is yet another thread that speculates about every aspect of the whole debacle![]()
To be fair most folk from Liverpool find an interest in sniffing around other folk’s stuff…My Liverpool mate says they are sniffing around
He knows nothingMy Liverpool mate says they are sniffing around
They are our star playersI think you're right. I'm expecting Pedro and Mitoma to be sold this summer but I think we'll retain the rest of our star players.
I think he is , wouldn’t be playing for Brazil otherwiseSadly seems to have got a bit too big for his own boots. He's undoubtedly a very good player but I don't believe he's as good as he thinks he is.
That there was an 'incident' in training. What has been confirmed?
Fair post, similar to Trossard in a lot of ways, the difference being Joao would be a much bigger price tags. Would clubs be willing to splash out 60 odd million on a squad player?
And from that incident some have decided he’s dickhead who needs kicked out the clubThat there was an 'incident' in training.
Has a high value forward player been sold before? Not as easy to replace as a defensive player or defensive midfielder and way more expensive to replace. The odds of Mitoma and Pedro being with us next season?
Exactly. Hence the first line in my original comment. Unfortunately, speculation is rife in all walks of life, with no-one willing to either wait for the truth or just not jump to what might turn out to be ridiculous conclusions. And from that incident some have decided he’s dickhead who needs kicked out the club![]()
Agree with that statement, however, will Pedro's attitude allow him to be a squad player.?He may not be a starter at a big club but he'll will improve every squad. A strong player to bring off your bench, capable of match winning moments and deadly from 12 yards.
