I could see him going to Newcastle, but depends if we want to strengthen a top 6 rival for next season.
I’d see him as a down grade on that bloke they currently have.

Without knowing the FULL story (as in all of the details and circumstances), it's difficult to say.

However, what has been confirmed about the JP v JP BUST-UP – and subsequently communicated – doesn't paint Joao Pedro in the best light for potential suitors.

What would REALLY help, though, is yet another thread that speculates about every aspect of the whole debacle :lolol:
What has been confirmed?

Sadly seems to have got a bit too big for his own boots. He's undoubtedly a very good player but I don't believe he's as good as he thinks he is.

Fair post, similar to Trossard in a lot of ways, the difference being Joao would be a much bigger price tags. Would clubs be willing to splash out 60 odd million on a squad player?

I think so. You're buying a very young player who will only improve. Football is increasingly a squad game with so many fixtures for the big clubs who regularly play in Europe.

Newcastle now reported to be " very interested."

The odds of Mitoma and Pedro being with us next season?
Has a high value forward player been sold before? Not as easy to replace as a defensive player or defensive midfielder and way more expensive to replace.
The question should be the odds of surviving a season without Pedro & Mitoma if the replacements don’t conjour up 30 goal contributions. They are responsible for just under half of our goal tally this season.

And from that incident some have decided he’s dickhead who needs kicked out the club
Exactly. Hence the first line in my original comment. Unfortunately, speculation is rife in all walks of life, with no-one willing to either wait for the truth or just not jump to what might turn out to be ridiculous conclusions.

But then NSC would be a VERY quiet place without all of that nonsense!
