I wonder if they've relaxed the requirement on the basis that it's a low-demand game and no one is going to buy a new Albion+ membership at this stage of the season?

For what it's worth, my ticket on the exchange was sold yesterday, so there is some demand (probably a plastic scouser).

Nope upgrades have always been available to non MyA+ members.

I put my tickets on the exchange last week but now want to go tonight, it wont let me recall them even though they are still showing as being available on the website. Has any experienced this before?

EDIT: Rang the club and they did it for me

generally find ticket office people helpful !!

Nah, it's always been possible to upgrade a ticket. (But the STH takes full responsibility for the ticket holder/non-member.)
I misunderstood, I thought the child’s ticket was being upgraded and a separate adult ticket shared.
